We know that while 3D environments can be magical and mesmerizing, creating a convincing one can also be tedious and time consuming. So, when our lead animator Sehzat at got the spark to create his next immersive story, he figured out a way to be both accurate AND agile. Experimenting with a 3D growth process within Houdini he has begun to create a virtual world that blossoms into reality right before the viewers’ eyes. Using a combination of Midjourney for storyboard creation and photoshop generative AI for the backplate, he was able to develop a realistic look and feel, focusing more on color and procedurally generated materials vs texture mapping.


Overall, this AI boost is allowing more time to focus on the bigger picture—growing the vision and the story--and bringing it to life much more quickly. See the sneak peek below
